Today, I attended a show put on by a group called Sarakasi ("The Amazing African Acrobats"). Here's (http://www.gurtmanandmurtha.com/sarakasi.htm) a good website about them. I had to attend the event as part of my World Cultures class, and I wasn't really expecting it to be that great. However, I was very impressed by this group. Some of the stunts they performed were quite amazing. There was this one dude who limbo'd under a flaming bar that was like 6 inches off the ground. And another one that was balancing on about half a dozen chairs stacked on top of each other. The music and action kept you paying attention the whole time. It was a very entertaining performance.

So you didn't catch up on your sleep at the performance? Glad you liked it btw.

Haha, no, I didn't sleep. And since Watcha Doin' got closed down, I'll just use this thread to talk about my random stuff I want to talk about.

My legs are really sore. I went swimming yesterday and they got all cramped up. I've been trying to stretch and massage them all day, but they still hurt. Oh well.

Earlier tonight, I went to the vending machine to buy a 3 Muskateers and got a Bicentennial quarter back! w00t!

Glad you got your culture on at the acrobat show. And you might want to invest that quarter. In 10,000 years, you could be a millionaire.

Did you get any pictures of the show T? I'd love to see them. Where was this at, btw?

No, no pictures. I don't think the acrobats want to be blinded by a camera flash.

edit: Can't find a schedule of where they are performing. Sorry, KT.
