I am looking for a good budget track frame. I spend most of my money on my geared bikes, but I will be spending about 2 months this spring and summer near a drome, and I would like to ride and race their (I also live about 1:30 from t-town, so If I had a bike I would probably go down and race). I have most of the parts, so I am looking for a budget frame. Any Ideas? Also, is their any resource for used track frames? Thanks!

Mercier The Hour on eBay-$349 delivered for the whole bike(several people have bought this to part out and just keep the frame).
Spicer steel frame and fork-$275
eBay-all kinds of frames/quality/prices...Track items are currently "hot" so fetch high prices

Hard to tell if they would qualify as a budget frame since you don't have prices listed....

The Mercier is called the Kilo TT (and I love mine). The Hour is a Windsor.

You cant get anything for 347 that is as useable as the mercier !
