I have been doing the Spinerval video - Clydesdales - just three times now. (This is the easiest one).

Anyway, I am now able to do the entire tape and keep up with the "Big Boys" (so to speak).

This 13 days after brain surgery, at 63 yo, for someone who has not been able to train or bike a lot this summer due to the Trigeminal Neuralgia, and the awful drugs.

I have even been wearing my HRM, and I am peaking easily at about 142, but feel absolutely no strain in my heart and have a quick recovery to about 84. I think I could go a lot faster, but am refraining right now.

So, I feel just a bit proud, and I really thank those folks who suggested the Spinervals - I have ordered another one. I see some light at the end of the tunnel for my annual degradation into non-fitness over the winter.

This is so much better than just sitting on the trainer wondering what to do.

Outstanding! It's always encouraging to see real progress when you're exercising, to see concrete proof that you're getting stronger and better fit. Just think of the looks on the faces of the young'uns next spring as you're dropping them all behind! :D

"Old Guys?"

I don't see any "old guys" around here!!

I see mature, thoughtful, in-shape less-young guys!! :)

Congrats Dnvr.

Well, my mind kept yelling at my body, "Get back to work, you lazy so and so."

So my feet obeyed my mind, but my feet failed to tell my body. I was up at 5 am yesterday, at work at 7:15 and crapped out back at home sleeping by 10:00 am.

So, I am going to take two more days, and try again Thursday.

Somehow, I keep forgetting that I had a 5 hour brain surgery, and it does take a bit to recover fully.

be careful denver fox. you'll have a long life to conquer the hills around your house. rome nor some of the spinerval video's weren't conquered in a day or week.
