currently looking at the Fuji Professional road bike as my next purchase. anybody ride this bike? details? does it come in steel? how do you compare the spinergy wheelset that comes on the bike with say, a Mavic wheelset?:)
Fuji pro is an aluminum frame
Look at the Marseille for the steel model.
At the moment I think Fuji has great quality frames at great prices. One of the great buys for 2003 will be Fuji bikes.

I bought the Fuji Newest about 3 months ago and love it. Great bikes for the price.
You might try their website (fujibikes.com) as it shows all their bikes and the specs.

thank you kings hockey. i checked it out yesterday. the Newest is pretty cool. and you are so right about the prices.
You can check out roadbikereview, and read some people's reviews on the wheels, if you prefer mavic, why not ask your LBS to swap the wheels.
spinner1,
If you don't mind my asking, what size are you looking for?
fuji is a good bike. not to well know but still its a good bike.
spinergy wheels is a good wheel set (not sure which ones are on the bike in question) I would ride the bike a while before I make any swaps..
just my .02 worth hope it helps...

hi Cat2, i am looking for a size 52. yes you are correct. the spinergy wheelset comes standard with the Pro. most of their other models come standard with Ritchey. i had heard that spinergy was "crap", but i don't know this for a fact since i have never ridden on them.
thank you for the info.

back to the bike.. I have not use the spinergy wheels so I cant tell you how they ride. I have not heard that spinergy are crap.
but I dont know the wheelset on the bike in question.
I would not buy a bike if I could not test it first.
the bike must fit you. or you could be in for a bad time...
if they dont have your size look around... remember the bike fitting you is the first step. you can always ask the LBS you let you try other wheelset.

Actually, if you scroll down on the reply form, you'll see a subwindow labeled "Topic Review." You can review the thread in there without disturbing your reply-in-progress.
