Foo - Avatar help, please!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I've never had a problem resizing picures to conform with BF Avatar specs as follows:
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 9.8 KB (whichever is smaller).
However, when I resize the attached to 100x100 using Microsoft Paint in .jpg format, the file size is still to big.
Can anyone get this to 100 by 100 and less than 9.8kb and repost as an attachment?
Thanks!

So your name is Bradley Sweet? Or Bradley Go? Or Sweet Brave Go?
That's funny.
Don't know if you watch college basketball, but in Bradley's game Sunday against Pittsburgh, the scoreboard in the corner of the screen on CBS read:
BRAD
PITT
I tried to call my old buddy Brad, who usually calls me for advice on fashion, facial hair styling, and how to impress the ladies, but he's been out of the country. He'll have a chuckle when I tell him and Angie the story. :D
