Foo - Where did my thread go?!

I started a thread entitled "The GAME Thread!" a couple of hours ago. The point of the thread was not to mock the recent happenings in Foo. The point of the thread was to ask people what their favorite board/card games were and to start a discussion about them. For some reason, my thread seems to have disappeared. I'm not sure if a mod deleted it, or perhaps a strong wind blew through the lands of Foo and swept it away. This thread was not a "word game" or a pointless "chat thread", so I see no reason why a mod would have gotten rid of it. I've been thinking about board games lately and just wanted to hear what other people had to say on the subject. If a mod deleted it, I'm sure it was just because they read the title and did not even bother to read what the thread was actually about.

To the mods: If I could have my thread back, I would be very grateful! :)

I was gone most of the weekend, and I come back to find everything's changed here in Foo!

Anyway, I'll answer your question about favorite games. I like Scrabble, Cranium, Taboo, etc. I like "smart" games. :)

Ok, I guess we can just restart the thread here. As I said before, I like Risk...there is nothing better than an epic battle of world domination. Monopoly is fun for a while, but can get boring.

Oh, and Pass the Pigs is a great game too!

Maybe it got moved to the games forum?

Again, we are working on how we're going to work with such threads. For now, they are being temporarily held in a safe place. Once we figure out what's going to happen with Foo or Jokes and Humor, etc, then we'll bring back all those threads.

Thank you. I know the title may have been a little inappropriate, but I never meant for the thread to be anything besides an intelligent discussion.

Please remember for the next while that it is not as easy to tell emotion on the internet as it is in person. Sarcasim for example, can be difficult to detect.
