glad to see he got it built. I sold that frame on ebay 6 months ago. also glad he is healthy. the paint is original late 80's from a team in seattle that was also the rosin importer.

yeah, both hot rossin's...death rides a fixed gear and that black schwinn were pretty nice, too. shants' bike is, of course, ridiculous. i'd expect nothing less from him. :D

the Centurion doesn't have brakes or toe clips, tsk tsk tsk. i always hate to see this. i don't understand how people can ride like that.

Every time that rainbow rossin comes up on eBay I check my bank account and sigh loudly. Looks like it's found a permanent home. Sigh.

to ride slowly or not? i dunno, i don't zip around fast all the time, but it actually seems like a lot of work to me to go slowly. then no clips and no brakes and having to ride slow...cripes, cheap clips cost ten bucks.

oh, i get what you're saying about riding slow. as a physical characteristic. no, i'm not the fastest either. i'm very quick. i dunno, i'll find out how not fast i am when i hit the velodrome in a bit.
i thought you were talking about the bikes and i didn't really get why you'd say that. i get it now. i figured mattface meant "slowly" as in the old shady dudes who ride mtb's on the sidewalk at about 3 mph. only hipsters with platform pedal fixies riding on the road at 3 mph.
