Hello, my name is Woody. I just found this forum the other day. What a great wealth of information. I have been reading the various posts here for the last couple of days and learning a lot.

I have just started actively doing some road riding, for fitness as well as for my own enjoyment. It seems a may enjoy starting out as a recreational rider, doing some touring. I'm pretty sure that I would like to race at some time in the future. Going to get a bike fit this Thurs. and probably get a new bike after that.

I'm looking at a triple Lemond Sarthe from last year. I think it will be a good starter and upgrade from my "Craigslist" Specialized Epic.

Thanks for this great site.

Woody

That is why it is one of the few forums that I have donated money to. ;) I figure I certainly got my money's worth several times over in advice and info.
