My wife has arthritis and only one inner ear due to cancer surgery (no balance!), hence a bicycle is out! The arthritis precludes a normal architecture bike( Lower back, degenerative arthritis). I'd like to build her a nice touring trike. Any suggestions as to plans available (preferably free) and low cost methods (Low Budget!) I'd like to try my hand at this! Any guidance will be appreciated!

The link appears to provide the basics; drawings, parts list, photos and a bit of text. They claim "$65" (1983), but I know how that goes.

If I happen across any more freebies, I'll drop another link.

There is probably more information here than you wanted to know but the price is right.
