I was really tired today coming home from work. The wind was in my face as I rode but I have faced that many times. I didn't ride Monday Tuesday or Wednesday. On Tuesday I worked 4 AM to 4PM after working to 8 PM on Monday. So maybe that was why I was tired. My wife heated up some supper early and that helped alot.

I am looking forward to the ride in (to work) tomarrow.

I consider the bike as a great tool for my health and attitude.

Some days are just like that aren't they.
Yesterday I thought I was riding very well on my morning ride only to find at the end that it was one of my slowest rides of the month, (For a minute I went through the ride in my head to see if I had been abducted by aliens along the way and that was the reason for my being slow)
However that slow ride got me looking forward to this mornings' ride to make up for it. Had a great ride with my average speed back where I would expect it to be!!
