That's not from F1. Assuming it's a top level series, it's probably CART or IRL. You can tell by the fact that the tire is a Firestone, and Firestone has never raced in F1. In case there's any doubt that it says Firestone, also look at the debris (not quite sure what part of the car it is) on the bottom left, where you can also see Firestone, minus the F.

On the other hand, check out this link (http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~bbitlis/f1/f1_melbourne/) for some images of the first corner incident in the 2002 Australian GP.

also, correct me if i am wrong, but i think car numbers in F1 are based on what position you came in the previous season. So the numbers on the car's would only be as high as the amount of drivers in the F1 circuit, and im pretty sure there isnt 66 drivers in the F1..

Did anyone see the crash in the IRL today? It was a pretty bad accident. Driver Paul Dana died.
