"tuck no-handers" (where your bars are in your lap)

It took me like 2 days to get them down (even though i dont take my hands off very far...)

Yeah once you get your bars into your lap for tuck no handers the rest is just you throwing your hands out and or up as far as comfortable...

So I guess pinching your seat is really hard to do.

Personally i think it is because i never had my seat rasied more than 1 inch up, and pinching a slammed seat is difficult...

I dont know how hard pinching a regular or high seat would be though, my suggestion is to go to some trails by your house or the skatepark, raise your seat, and try just jumping the box or double and practicing pinching your seat, and if you get it down start taking your hands off.

I'll probably go to the skatepark and practice it launching out of quarterpipe.

I wouldnt try the out of a quarterpipe, unless maybe it was only like 3-4 feet high and didnt go vert(those mini ones...)

Just do them over a box with a good lip.

I think he meant like launch out and land on the deck, because then if you mess up you don't have a crap load of momentum launching you forward to your death.
