Finland can be expensive, but the main things you need to cover are food and shelter. If you're bringing your own tools and bike parts to handle any breakdowns that's one way to keep your costs low. If you're going in the summer, there's plenty of places to camp and if you cook your own food at the campsites, you can stay w/ in your budget. Can you bring your own boxes of food like macaroni and cheese, etc.? Anything that you just have to add water and heat would be best.

As mentioned earlier, Finland is crazy expensive. If you camp and bring some of your own food from home it might be possible. (Cans of tourists breakfast....akch!)
Do you already have a visa? I think this might be your biggest problem. With only 415 euro for two weeks the Finnish immigration authorities might be very suspicious of a young man comming into their Finland from a poorer country, as many people go to the West to work. This sucks and is unfair, but it is a reality.

Hi, Denis.
I've toured to Finland last summer. It was great. Look at the report http://www.velo-idea.narod.ru/Finland.htm . The text is in Russian, and so the others may use online translator http://world.altavista.com/tr .
Concerning to your issue, there are additional expenses for russian citizens, touring to Finland. It is possible to get a visa on one's own. By this way you must have an invitation from Finland or book apartments there. This way is less expensive, but unpredictable, because you may get the visa with short duration of stay, or get refusal without any explanation. Especially, if you have never been to Finland yet.
Another way is to apply for a visa support to travel agency, this ones: http://www.finljandija.ru/travelagencies/moscow.html are accredited at the Finland embassy. There is one tip: no one of the agencies from this list will help you officially, almost every one of them will refuse you, but finally you will find what you need, I'm sure. I tried to get a fourteen days duration of stay visa by this way, but I got only ten days one, because it was my first shengen visa. An agency charged me 140 euros for one visa, such price was everywhere in Moscow. There was not a choice. Thus we had to change our previous plans and spent the rest four days in Russian Karelia.
In addition, crossing the border, you must have 50 euro per day per capita - only cash or travel checks, according to duration of stay in your visa. Don't forget to buy medical insurance as well. Finnish frontier guard may check all this stuff.
Why am I writing all this here? May be it is interesting for others to know, how it is difficult to travel abroad free for russian citizens, and what we feel under suspicious frontier guard's gazes, who looks at us as at potential illegal immigrants or contrabandists.

Ziemas, you are right, it is a reality, but therefore this is fair.
