importing frames and parts

is there anyone that knows how to get imported japanese track frames? and parts
ive seen people going there and bringing back frames and parts so im wondering if theres a way to get it sent here

one of my friends has the hookup and gets some damn nice japenese keirin frames. they are mainly used, but are in nearly perfect condition, has a bunch of sizes between 50-58cm, and is pretty reasonably priced.
