I am trying to hTTP install fedora instead of CD, because teh CD's will not work.
It asks for two things:
Website name, with a side note saying IP address or host name.
Fedora Core Directory
I am using http://mirror.linux.duke.edu/pub/fedora/linux/core/5/i386/os/
So what should I enter? nothing is working for me :(

don't you usually use localhost or 127.0.0.1 for the default host name and then /var/www/root?
When you say "nothing is working" what have you tried and what has it said? or how have you verified that "its not working"

Heh, if I had to download some Linux files, I think I would put them in the "Recycle Bin" directory! :D :D Ok, that wasn't very funny. :)

http://mirror.linux.duke.edu/pub/fedora/linux/core/5/i386/os/
That is the correct site, if thats not working might want to check and see if your NIC is being detected.
I have not done an HTTP install for a while but if it asks for the site use this:
http://mirror.linux.duke.edu
the path would be this:
/pub/fedora/linux/core/5/i386/os/
I had a problem installing fedora 5 from the CD's today too, so I copied the CD's to an FTP site and installed via FTP from there, worked fine.
