Sumit New Thread- Slooooooooooooow

My main problem now is that when i submit a reply or new thread it just hangs. I can refresh and go to the thread and the post will be there, but i will never get taken to the new thread without manually going there. FYI.

Not too hijack the thread, but on a similar note I cannot post anywhere. I post in the road forums and now it just hangs and times out. I can't post anywhere, been doing this for about a week now. I can reply ok, please help.
