I have read about inflatable sex dolls being used.
In another case a woman claimed that being pregnant constituted double occupancy. In that case the judge ruled against her. He stated that police officers cannot be in the business of roadside pregnancy testing.

Yeah the old sex doll in the carpool lane is a pretty well known trick.

Another fun one is the mannequin/tinted window trick.

Pretty funny how far people go to speed things up, yet once the roads are made to be speedier, they move farther away, which slows it back down again.

Honestly, I think way too many people need their head checked.
