Problems getting to the site

Basically sometimes when I try to connect to this site it wont let me.

Im not sure if it is my ISP or if it is the site. So before I go talk to my tech support here at school, I wanted to ask if I should be expecting anymore trouble getting to this site?

I am also experienceing this, mostl;y with Mozzilla but today with IE also

and some dns issues.
