Hello all,
Well here in NY it has been very cold and now there is 6" of snow on the ground already. I have my bike hooked up to a trainer and it sits in front of a TV...I hate TV.
Can anyone recommend specific training DVDs and where to get them.
Thanks,
Mike

I don't think you will regret it. The Spinervals vids help you to make the best use of your time on the trainer and they provide a pretty good antidote to boredom. If you have any regrets, it will be that you ordered ONE. After a while even the best workout becomes rote.
