I have a couple of questions about this fluid trainer..

http://www.bikemania.biz/Elite_Wireless_Fluid_Primo_ElastoGel_Trainer_p/elite_fluiddigital.htm

a. Has anyone used this one? I am concerned the elasto theory is weird. The bike completely rests on the roller. Isnt that too much pressure on such a small area of the wheel?
b. Are the power readings accurate?

Thanks...

I think you'll find that the bike rests on its axle/skewer and the roller is pressed against the wheel by a spring. I use an Elite, but not that model.

it looks like this one(ive looked at other pictures) is different. the roller part stays on the floor. the bike mount simply falls on the roller. so the pressure from the wheel to the roller is simply ones weight
