hey could anyone point me to some information on what spring weight to use for a certain rider weight?
Or maybe just what spring you use for your weight so i could make a better guess of what i should use for my bike, i weigh 150lbs.

What kind of shock do you have? The manufacturer will be the best resource. Different models/brands of shocks could conceivably specifiy different spring weights for the same rider weight.

My Romic has an 800lb spring, because I'm, well, heavy - let's leave it at that...

hey thanks for the responses, im looking at a 500lb spring according to that calculator, and my current 300lb spring is made for an 86lb person, ha, a bit too plush
