The Environment War!
Here in the U.S. there is a war going on. Not the war on drugs or the war on crime, but a war for the environment. This war has cost taxpayer's billions and has displaced property owners throughout the country. The constitution of the US states:
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves defense, and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
If the above statement was followed, as it should be, then why is it that the "green agenda" has effectively disallowed tranquility? How is the "general welfare", being secured when the "green agenda" locks farmers out of water for the sake of a puffer fish?
It also states:

nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.
If this is true, then why is it that farmers in the mid west and great lakes region have been locked out of their property because they had a "wetland" or a migratory bird landing on it?

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
So the farmer's who have grazing cattle on public land, that are prohibited from using it, are they not being deprived? Are these same farmer's constitutional rights being violated because the "green agenda" states that their cows "trample" the ground?

Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
If this is true then why is our present form of government a Democracy?
How does this pertain to Mountain Biking? Well it is simple. The very same environmental treaties, and established laws, say that because of erosion, scared animal's, trampled plants, etc. you cannot ride on specific trails. The very same treaties, and laws provide hundred's and thousand's of acres to various bird's bug's and fish. The US constitution on this very one point effectively becomes paper and ink with no value. Who has been responsible for most of the environmental laws and treaties? That answer to is simple. The U.N. and it's various organizations. These other organizations are the Sierra Club, UNESCO, the Center for Biological Diversity etc. These groups make up stories and create a certain level of panic within the world. They lead you to believe that humans are systematically destroying the world. They lead you to believe that the planet's resources are being devoured. They lead you to believe that animal's and insect's well being are more important than people. Then they slowly, very slowly, create unconstitutional laws and regulations that bottle up millions of acres of US soil. The U.N. and its puppet organizations have no jurisdiction here. Meanwhile Americans sit back unaware because of the incremental ways of the U.N. Also certain factions of the population fall for the U.N.'s made up lies, and support it; for the result do not affect them. Meanwhile MTBr's sit there and scream access and slowly get some kind of result. Group's such as IMBA claim they fight for you, but how much effect do they really have? So there really is more to this than just MTB access. The bottom line is that our founding document the constitution is null and void. The systematic theft of property in this nation, and locking out it's citizens from the pursuit of liberty is at the least a treasonous act by the people who support and enact these laws, that work against the citizen's in the U.S.
