The weather was so good today I just couldn't stay in and went for a ride. I did a curcit of 20 miles that I have done many many times in the past summer but this is on a new bike that I have only gotten around 100 miles on. Temps where in the high 40s F and my achilles tendon is killing me in my right foot.
Does the cold weather contribute to this kind of pain or do I have my saddle a little too high? I have put a round 700 miles on this pair of shoes with the cleets set the same.
I need suggestions, help, advice! I don't wan't to ruin my biking before I get started!!!
Is it possible that I may need to move my cleets back some more due to this being a different bike?
