Is that really how to get reflectors off? I didn't have a tool around at the time to get them off sadly on mine.

I know how you feel. I just got eggbeaters, my first clipless. Tip of the Day: Don't learn to ride clipless in your basement, there is a lot of sharp pointy stuff to fall on!

lol pink ninja, laughin at ur post...because its true, but i'm cool with it.

anyway, after trail rides and *attempting* to rip up the single track....bike is covered in dirt/mud and wondering what is maintainance/cleaning process after each of these trail rides to keep the bike in tip top condition?

If I take my bike to park to ride trails and it gets muddy or after four or five dusty rides I simply drive to a car wash and spray it off with soap and water. I try to keep nozzle away from wheel bearings and bottom bracket. When I get home I wipe it down and lubricate the chain and derailers, once in a while i will lube the shifters.
