Our company got bought out yesterday so today is the first day under this new company (as far as ownership goes, will still get to keep our name). The funny thing is that we were in a lawsuit with them for 18 months for copyright infringement and was all set for trial. At the midnight hour they decided that instead of risking losing millions in a weak case for them, they made a deal with our owner that he couldn't refuse. So the poeple we were sueing, are now our owners:(
Now, what will the future bring.........

Oh Yea, I'm sure they will forget the fact that your firm was sueing them. But then, I believe in the Easter Bunny too. :D
we've just been eaten by a big shark, too. So far, things are fine, but I'm waiting for the funny stuff to start.

This weekend we did an emergency inventory so that the new owner can share a physical $ value to the bank that financed the buy out. It felt a little strange seeing the new fat cat sitting in the old bosses chair today. These next few months will be interesting to say the least!

We are in automotive moldings. If you've had your windshield replaced, chances are that it's our molding that's between the glass and the body.
