This thread is basically a continuation of this thread (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?p=2370230#post2370230) over in the bicycle mechanics section. Instead of trying to adapt a rack to work on my bike, so that I can attach a child seat compatible with it, I am wondering whether there are any child seats available which attach/detach from a rear rack that is disc brake compatible. Has anyone here ever run into the dilemma of fitting a rear rack to a bike with disc brakes? How was your problem solved?
