You guys have heard my rantings about the Fox Vannila in bought a while back.I e mailed fox and told them what a crappy fork it was.Well to my suprise about a week later I got a message from Fox saying that they were sorry for the problems and they would do a total rebuild or replace the fork for free.So the fork is now on its way back from fox.I'll have to give big props to Fox for stepping up and making the problem right. They didn't ask any questions,no how big are you how hard do you ride or any of that.So I'll stop my Fox bashing for now.

Fox is a great company that stands behind their products 100%. Bashing a company like that makes zero sense.:rolleyes:

Hm...I sent an email to Manitou telling them how terrible their forks were...and I never got an email back? I'm jealous.
The thing is Manitou isn't that great of a company, some of their forks are pretty nice but I'd take RockShox, Marzocchi and especially Fox over Manitou any day.
