You are hella active, thats awesome. Try to get alot of fruits and veggies for all the antioxidants you'll need to keep your body in top shape. Green Teas and other friendly caffeine to keep you going. Good protein thats easiy digestible like eggs and soy. Throw in some good forms of fish too. You'll probably need alot of carbs, so on top of that eat alot of unrefined carbs... stone ground whole wheat, brown rice, etc. This is just some basics... sounds like you got a cool lifestyle.
