Same spot would indicate there's a hole in your rim-tape or a spoke's poking through or a sharp-edge on the rim somewhere...

By "popping" do you mean they are making some sort of noise? Blowing out? Going flat? Leaking? NOt sure how to answer your question.

If you are getting frequent flat tires, you need to analyze what is causing them. Take two or three of the punctured tubes and find the holes.
Holes on the inside circumference of the inner tube mean that you have a problem with your rim. Usually a cheap rim strip has slipped and exposed a spoke hole. A new Velox rim strip will solve your problem.
Parallel slits that look like a snake bite are due to either pinching the tube under the tire bead or pinching the tube between the rim and a curb or pot hole due to insufficient air pressure.
Little holes on the outside circumference are due to punctures from a thorn, a bit of glass, or something similar. If you line up your inner tube valve stem with the colored label on your tire, you can see if the holes are in the same place relative to the tire. If so, that means that you have to find the offending sharp object and get rid of it or you will keep puncturing tubes.
The last kind of flat usually sounds like a shotgun blst and leaves a star shaped hole in your inner tube. Blow outs are usually due to improperly mounted tires.
