hello. i am the recent recipient of a tune Hex taper BB. In the instrcutions that came with the bb I was in formed that one bearing/cup set was to be off the spindle and the other on to facilitate installation. However, both seta are on and do not seem to want to come off. I e-mailed starbike (the guys I ordered from) and they have yet to respond (which is weird b/c everyone says that have good customer support). Anyway, hopefull some of ya'll know what to do b/c I am extremely hesistant about mucking up this bb. Thanks. . .
