Manuals to 180 realy stumped me for like a year, now I can do them most of the time. What I did is start by doing a realy short manual and carving into it alot thne doing the 180, and once you can get them that way, just try to do a longer manual and turn less every time.
It also helps if you're doing them down a slight slant so that if you do the manual 180, but end up with 0 speed(happens a lot), you can still do the rollback.
1 more thing, what happened to me, is that I tried them a little bit for about a week, then stoped trying them because I wasn't getting anywhere, then a few weeks later I tried them and I was a little better, but I stoped trying them again, then a few weeks after that I tried one and got it first try. I realy didn't understand it at all.
