Gear Chart with Pursuit Lap Times

I have posted a new interactive gear chart (http://www.juniorvelo.com/?p=409) which can be customized with your own set of rings and cogs. You can see the usual "gear inches" as well as rollout distance (for those juniors), speed at a given cadence, and cadence required to produce a given lap time.
