I've measured this 4 times now, and come up with a BCD of ~113 every time (bolt c-c of ~67). The 52t/40t on there are what came with it, not quite sure of the age, but probably about 15-20 years, I'm thinking it might be 116BCD, that's what Sheldon has listed as "Old Campagnolo (obsolete)", and the closest I can get.

Well, the good thing is that the chainrings appear to have life in them. The other thing to do is measure from the bolt to the crank bolt (making sure it's in the plane perpendicular to where the bottom bracket would be) and double that measurement.

yeah, that's the site I started at, and I keep coming up with 113. Weird. Maybe my ruler is wrong :)
