and you're supposed to have the chain on the big ring in front and the smallest cog in the back!;)

Crank arm should be aligned with seat tube, get rid of the saddle bag for the pic, and please, those bars should be at least a couple of inches below seat.
Oops forgot to mention, wheels should be equidistant from camera so it doesn't look like you got yourself an ole penny-farthing :)
