Haha - good one. Nice pics.

P.S.: The Raptide is in the '81 Raleigh catalogue that I'm currently in the process of adding to The Headbadge.

Take care,

There is a sport exactally like that in a local thrift store here. I was thinking of getting it. I think I may be getting bitten by the collectors bug. It all started with a Dunelt 3 speed I found in the trash. They want 10 bucks for the Raleigh. Should I get it? Interestingly enough my mom has that exact same mixte frame Raleigh. She is the orifinal owner.

Go for it.

And if it's a Men's Platinum in 23" frame size, I'll buy it from you for $20... ;-)

Get the Sports. It is, without a doubt, the finest three-speed commuter bike ever made. 32 years later, and I'm still sorry I got rid of mine.
