There used to be a button called manage attachments for uploading photos. Either it is gone or I am a idiot, both may be true, nonetheless can anybody direct me how to post photos since the server change has left me out of the loop.

There never was a button when using the "Post Quick Reply" page.
As Dnvr suggested, click "Go Advanced".
Or click on the red "reply" link or click on the blue "Post Reply" button and you'll see the "Manage Attachments" button.

I do not get the manage attachments button with using red , blue or start new thread buttons. Under additional options a box says attach files but no buttons ????

Make sure your Message Editor Interface is set for Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Controls in the User Control Panel > Edit Options.
