lugged

I posted this over on the classic forum, but no dice...
I recently picked up an old Bianchi Incline. It's a steel lugged mtb, probably from the mid 80s, but I'm not sure. It weighs a ton, but I paid $35 for it and it's kind of neat. It's pretty well beat on, but it gets the job done.
Does anyone know anything about this bike? Where were they made, how much did they cost, were they any good in their day?
Thanks. Google gave me nothing.
