Rancid

So about a month and a half later my hand is mostly healed and I can type easily, ride the fixie, open a bottle of wine by myself, and generally enjoy life again.
I got the cast off about a week and a half ago but the doc told me to try things out and take it easy, and it was not fixie ready at all (I could barely hold a pen). Now I've done some strengthening and can finally ride again....it hurts so good. Looks like I might miss my first XC SS race this year though because its still tender, and my fingers don't line up quite right due to awesome military medical care, but I could hardly care right now.
Thanks for all the kind messages and e-mails...that was probably the most depressing time I've had in the last few years. I guess now I'll be posting again and all so yeah.....word.
