Is there a product on the market that will move the pedal out farther from the frame. I have my cleats out as far as possible and still suffer from pain in the 5th metatarsal of the foot because my weight seems to be hanging out over the outside edge of the pedal.

You might want to check out the Lemond LeWedges. These are small shims that go between the cleat and shoe to angle the foot. Some bike fitters have the accompanying tools/gauges to help determine how many you need but I reckon you can just order some and try it yourself.

If I understand your problem, your feet are so wide you need to adjust your cleats to keep your feet from rubbing against the cranks, causing the outside edge of your foot to overhang the pedal more than it should, causing pain. You need a pair of spacers. Peter White Cycles has pedal spacers that will move your foot 3/4" further away from the crank. Check the following link:

That is indeed what you need, but you can get them for far less than $40!!! Here they are for $19:

I bet eBay has them for even less.

My feet do not rub the crank but I have the cleat on the shoe as far back and out as possible. I thought if I could move the pedal out I would be able to center my cleat and reduce the amout of pressure placed on the outside of my foot. I am 6'2" and wear a 15 or 50 shoe. I have also looked into wider shoes to correct the problem.

What kind of pedals are you using?

There are some pedals that offers a 'Q-Factor' adjustment meaning that you can adjust the distance between the pedal and the crank. Some pedal manufacturer use internal adjustments, some use cleats that you can flip (one way for regular, one way for wide). I used to have this problem with older Look P396 and did add a 2mm washer between the pedal and the crank. Since I switch to the newer Look Keo I didn't need the washers anymore. Then I switched shoes and I am in heaven. My previous shoes were Pearl Izumi Vagabond, great shoes for the price but a bit too narrow. My new shoes are Sidi Genius 5 Mega, the wide version. The cleat holes are not as centered on these shoes allowing you to use a more central cleat position, the soles might also be stiffer.
