Just found this site which was recommended from another site. I am trying to decide on a new bicycle. I have posted a question in the Classic and vintage site because I didn't know just where to post it.

And since it is sort of a cruiser type bicycle, I posted it there. I just use a bicycle for joy riding. My little Pomeranian, Molly Anna sits in the basket. I have her strapped in with a belt so that she stays in there quite securely.

Love reading all the messages and will be around for a while to see what everyone is doing. Mary

Welcome! I'm sure you can find some good recommendations somewhere on Bikeforums.

Hi Mary and welcome to BF.

You may want to ask around in the Recreation and Family forum for some ideas about a new bike.
And if you're over 50, try the Fifty Plus (50+) forum.

Oh, oh, Ron. Even the hint of a suggestion that a woman could be approaching the age of 50 could be taken with a heavy hand. I would think that anyone that rides with her Pomeranian name Molly Anna is probably only about 24 years old. Come on Ron, you know us Atlanta gentlemen are more sensitive than that.

Oh, by the way, welcome Mary. Does Molly Anna declare ownership of the bike like mine used to do whenever we went for a car ride? Even the biggest dog knew better than to approach us.
