Well today I went for my first ride since being hit by a car back in August, and it was great! On Sunday my Dad came to my place with his old bike since he got a new one, and I cant thank him enough! I have been riding at the local gym all the time, but nothing beats the real thing. My dad and I went for an hour and half ride tonight through the trails and I just cant believe how much I missed it. Great to be back!!!
