I was thinking not so long ago, WHY there isn't a modern day 20"or even 16" wheeled tandem bike, targeting those that have a significant other but does not feel like driving a truck/SUV to reach interesting destinations. Maybe even a foldable.

This thing, properly pimped, would look great!!

I don't know if it's just that picture, but it looks to me like that frame might be twisted - the front and back wheels don't look like they are aligned the same with respect to vertical reference.
