Name of the place is "fried dumpling" I'm pretty sure. I might see you there - I eat there probably a couple times a week - but I don't know if I'll be able to be there on purpose...

Sesame pancakes are better on eldridge at "Dumpling House" - but I still think Fried Dumpling has the better pork dumplings. The best veggie dumplings in the city (IMO) are at the window under the manhattan bridge on east broadway.
