Yep it is me in all my splenda. With my 2 hour window of internet connectivity at 139 in the AM here in the purrrrrsian gulf. Full moon lighting up the sky, oil wells buring in the distance and me with about 7 hours of total sleep for the last 3 days. In fact, I don't know what day it is.
Thursday.
Yeah. well that means something I guess. @#$@# tired.
Well to all the regulars... yeah.

I ride with brakes and a freewheel and that Capri Sun sounds good to me. What is it, like, the French Riviera in the Summertime?
Thanks for the e-mail updates too, Willy. Enjoy hearing about your adventures. I'd say 'stay safe' too, but fark, you're on the biggest ship in the universe and have more chance of being shot by a collegue or stubbing your toe.
Hows the Yellow Peril coming along? Is she rolling or does she need some help?

The Thylacine sits at home, waiting my return. I’m slowly building savings to finish it all in one shot when I return. It’s taking more patience than should rightly be taken, but it’s an exercise in fiscal responsibility.
Jgroman, you don't have to talk about me in 3rd person.. A boat is what the Air force uses to get their golf balls in. A boat is what the Army uses when the water gets above their ankles. A boat is a 72 Cadillac El Dorado, two door, that you can put a fully assembled bike in the trunk. It’s a ship, not a boat. The poop deck, is actually one of two containers that hold a combined 95,000 gallons of collected sewage, complete with a peculating system so that it doesn’t settle before discharge. Salt water is used as flushing water. So, it’s X amount of gallons of salty *****, basically. I took no bike with me: there is no room for it. Nice snide comments though.
And really, Thylacine cycles is pretty right. I’m on a big hunk of steel here, about as safe as you can get. The guys in the ***** are the ones on the ground. All we do is launch planes to protect them. (Well, that and a bunch of “other” things.). So, life here is, in a relative sense, safe. Unless that idiot Hersh decides to make us some BS story about what’s going on out here and then stir the Iranians up into a bunch. Free speech is pretty dangerous sometimes.

Do other people like your boat?
It sounds like a happy boat. I bet they all sing and dance when they swab the decks so early in the morn'...like a floating musical.

would you see WK as Groundskeeper Willy or more of a Popeye figure?

Groundskeeper Willy in a Popeye suit.

I like Capri-Sun. In fact, I knew as Capri-Sonne growing up. Thylacine -- was it ever called that in Oz?

Man, just-barely-starting-to-thaw frozen Capri-Sun really was the f-in jam. Somehow the insane amount of corn syrup in it caused the ice bits to form as tiny teeny grains. Far finer in consistancy than a Slurpee. I used to dig cutting them open hard-frozen and sucking the diabetes-inducing goodness out of the block if capri-ice, then throwing the dessicated ice at friends. That was about as close to a snowball fight as I ever got in Santa Cruz. lol

And I forgot, Capri Son's were the bomb way back when.

I don't think that stuff ever made it over here. I have no idea what it is.
Is it just me, or can anyone else see Willy and 165 in a Broadway play of the 'Secret Lives of the Village People'?
