General Cycling Discussion - Need suggestions please.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I am usng an Oregon Scientific Action Camera to take pictures when I ride. I'd like the ability to rotate it. Need suggestions on what to use as a swivel mount, preferably indexed. The camera is cylinder shaped, like an over sized cigar. I'd to use the mount that came with it & attach it to something that swivels, at least 180 degrees. Any ideas?

WTH are you talking about?
I have a method to attach a (light) camera to the handlebars using the tripod stud on the bottom.
