Finally got my '01 Norco 125cc this Monday (sorry, no photos yet)! This is my first serious bike yet. Took it for an urban ride today - and I loved it. *looks at his knee* I even got a first battle scar! Anyway, just wanted to share my feelings! Ride on!

Congrats...glad you finally figured it out :)
What fork did you end up getting?
It's stock - '01 Z5. It's too soft, I'll need to tweak it a bit or buy new springs. Or a new fork.

If you are thinking of going big, replace it sometime. Otherwise buy the heavier springs, thicker oil and max out the oil level and that will stiffen it up.
