Yes .. I have been away for a long time. Thanks for the birthday wishes Koffee and Maelstrom :bday: I will be here more often now that I have started riding again (not that it is a prerequisite) but I do need to put more time in it. Thanks again. :beer:

So, my wife made me a cheesacake for my B-day (very yummy). Cheescake is good for ya, right ;) ? Time to get ack on track (riding and lifting) .. wish me luck :)
