It took about a week to receive mine. In the mean time you can print off the e-mail you received to race.

Generally about 5-10 working days if you did it online. I got mine in three. I've heard a lot of complaints this year about people not receiving theirs at all and having to contact USCF to have it sent again. If you did it online you can print the receipt and bring that with you to registration.

I filled out an application last January at a race and still have not gotten it :( I have been using the reciept but it's been a real pain in the ass. If you order it online it should only be a couple weeks, at least it was for a friend of mine.
