You can mail order from the USA at http://www.thetouringstore.com/ Canada Excise and Revenue will charge you 14% plus $5.00
I found it was cheaper than going through my LBS.

I got mine from Wayne at TheTouringStore.com. Just give him a call, he'll get you sorted out. I got my Cargo and Tara delivered to me here in Ottawa really quick (like 5 business days!).

If you order from the US have them shipped through the USPS or UPS, FedEx and others will charge you BIG TIME for their "brokage fees" coming over the border.
