This Chris Carmichael "Climbing" tape came with my new CycleOps trainer. Won't be getting to use it until after Xmas so I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it and what they think of it?

I have it, but haven't used it. It requires the use of a heart rate monitor and you have to do some testing with that to determine what gears to be in and everything. It requires a lot of work to get anything out of it. I did however buy Strength and Technique from CycleOps or Cyclerobics and that is really good. They give you gears to use and tell you to go harder or easier as you need to. I have benefitted a lot from that tape and plan to buy some Spinervals soon.
